big hard sun
Rock Chick here. And the lesson we learned this summer, kids? Cat bites hurt. And damage nerves. (Of course the dog bite I sustained on my leg in July had me thinking the animal kingdom had it in for me. At least I don't knit with my thighs. Yet.) It took almost three months before I could work with my left hand without mega pain. Hence, the HACK (half-assed crocheting knitter) made an appearance.
I'm kind of sweet on it. I may lose the H-A in hack before long.

Yeah! Welcome back and that shawl/wrap is gorgeous!

That's a wicked wrap/shawl. What pattern did you use?

Ah yes, the wonders of the animal kingdom. I myself went through the 5 shots required for post-exposure rabies vaccine earlier this year when I woke-up to a bat flying in my house. I think I'm good for 2 years, but not being able to knit? That would have made my waiting room experience drag forever. Glad you're better.

OOOH! Nice work! I love the colors and the border looks really great on it! In my original sample there was no border, I think yours finishes off the piece nicely!
Btw, found it on Ravelry:)
